Dear Sir,
We have put complaint against Cheque Bouncing of Rs. 45 Lakhs unfortunately the Order came against us in Magestrate Court. We went to High Court where our case was not Admitted. Whether we can file again in High Court to another bench or we have to go to Supreme Court. If Supreme Court then can you suggest who will be best Law Firm to fight our case.

First no second petition lies before any court on the same ground and same cause of action/offense done at a single time, between the same party.
But it is not clear on which ground ld. lower court has rejected the case.
And the high court has not admitted the case meaning the case is pending still. Get it decide early, if not satisfied, go to the Supreme Court
