Dear Sirs,
Children are away from father and their education is lossing day by day. the husbnad demanded the children aged 8 years and 7 years now. wife and wife side is making blackmail to the husbnad to extort money filing maitenance case u/s 125 and demanded huge money in the name of children. the summon of 125 is not yet received by husbnad.
kindly suggest that husbnad wants to bear all expences of children but wife side is not taking any interest. childern is away from father more than one year.
kindly suggest the way to safe the future of children.

father should ask for visitaton rights . bound to pay maintenance for child .

The father should should send money of reasonable amount. This would scuttle their claim for maintenance.
Then the father should should file a custody case where at least visitation rights would be given.

Father has every right to decide about the schooling of the children and also their coaching though those are living with their mother. Father can perform his duty by way of intervention of the court.

Dear Raj Kumar Sir,
kindly advice for the future of children that wife side is very greedy of money and they are saying that if children will be given to father then money for maitenance will be reduced and they will be in loss.
father is ready to give full and hundred percentage exp. of both children for better carrier of academic and he talked with good english medium school to admit of children.in this connection, husband can write a letter to wife to give the children so that good acedamic can be given to children because the wife can say in court that husbnad never tried to take custody of children for schooling.
