dear queryking its a basic law, u need not to quote citations in this context.

only the documents which have been proved on record can be read into evidence, the ones which have been marked can not be relied upon.
Prakash Yedhula (Expert) 16 November 2009
Find a judgment of Madras High Court attached on the subject.
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 16 November 2009
No citatations are required because it is basic law.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 16 November 2009
Every basic law has also been defined by different courts from time to time and as parkash opined, the matter has well been taken up in madra High Court in a similar case.
Dr.Anjani Kumar Vaidyasen,09431271130,Patna (Expert) 16 November 2009
No citation of law is required because the law is reffered at the time of pleading the case and if the case is based on any particular judgement the citation of case law is required.
