Civil compromise in criminal case,section 392/170 ipc

My friend(out on bail) is waiting for trial,under section 392 and 170 IPC(charges have been framed).The case is 1 year old now.Can he and the victim reach a Civil Compromise?If yes,what is the legal procedure
to do so?Can he approach the victim directly,or through his lawyer?
Please help my friend out.

there is no such compromise as civil compromise..
more over both of the offences are non compoundable offences..

Thank You for your advice Sir,so can any sort of compromise be reached between the accused and the victim?Or does he have to go through the trial,in any case whatever??And what is a non compoundable offence?

in such offences parties can not be compromise between them as of their wish..
which permission of the court is necessary that is mean compounding the offence..

1.Bail be applied n granted??
2.Appeal be made to the High Court??

sir., if convicted mean sentence can be suspended till filing appeal..
and both offences triable by judicial magistrate only. so appeal will lie before the session court only. not to high court
