Dear friends anyone please help me on my below question?

1) In which court appeal or revision lies from the order of an application u/s. 9a maharashtra amendment CPC and order of an application under o.7 R.11. In Highcourt or District court? pl. provide with Section or Order under CPC with Citations. Applicable for Maharashtra State Only.

Dear Umesh ji,
1. Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is central and not state subject, however, there are state amendments which will have be found out by yourself.
2. The appellate Court shall be competent to hear the revision/appeal.

Dear Friends if Both applications i.e. under s.9a, and under O.7 R.11 CPC ordered by Civil Judge Junior Division then in which court appeal or Revision lies? District court or Bombay highcourt for Maharashtra?
