What is the fact and context?
Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 May 2022
In execution petition, JDR as per Mediation Decree has not provided one feet clear gap between two adjacent buildings, Ex Petition is for demolition of one feet, - in this context - Civil & Session Judge's Jurisdiction - to order for demolition

The querist is acting like Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde: that is Interlocutory Applications and Criminal Miscellqaneous Petitions. EP means it is a civil proceedings for demolition of one feet which was not provided in the decree. Take proper steps for that.
