Civil suit related to land which is acquired for road

if land is acquired on 1973 for road but surveyor as well as revenue authority is not mention on extract of 7/12. that error of govt. offices a person misuse mistake/error for own gain and making the said land sale deed for grab another person land and applied for civil suit for injunction. its a crime or not .what can i do now ? i hve land acquired all information and also applied for to cancelled extract of 7/12 and make reduce land acquired ared on extract of 7/12 so i can suo motu appear in civil suit

above mention information land acquired serve number and at present gat number is different,but surveyor office show that state high is passing on the said land .plz help me its urgent

You can apply for impleadment as party satisfying conditions laid in order 1 rule 10 sub rule (2) of Civil Procedure Code which reads as follows:...
"(2) Court may strike out or add parties.-
The Court may at any stage of the proceedings, either upon or without the application of either party, and on such terms as may appear to the Court to be just, order that the name of any party improperly joined, whether as plaintiff or defendant, be struck out, and that the name, of any person who ought to have been joined, whether as plaintiff or defendant, or whose presence before the Court may be necessary in order to enable the Court effectually and completely to adjudicate upon and settle all the questions involved in the suit, be added."

Thanks sir ....the said land is related dispute on
fragmentation n consolidation act .then civil court hve no jurisdiction to decided case before competent authority decided or correct error so i can appear n filed a application for stay .....thanks
