Hello ,
I m neelu aggarwal.vikasnagar.
My father in law expired.his bank accounts opened in uttarakhand Garmin
Bank, vikasnagar.Now my husband claim for amount of FD . bank say no mention any nomination and do not show any Paper now we ask I have any rights to show my FD paper and when in case of no nomination we have compalsary deposit two surites with their assets amount ??yes and no

In the absence of nomination to FD account, the FD claim amount will be settled to the legal heirs/ successors in interest to succeed to the assets of deceased deposit holder. If the claim amount is less than Rs 5 lakhs then the bank obtain indemnity bond from all legal heirs and settle the amount in their favor.

Yes. If your fatherinlaw did not file a nomination all his legal heirs shall file a copy of the death certificate and legal heir certificate, and the bank will settle the claim to them by obtaining a prescribed undertaking.

समझ में नहीं आया आपका क्या मतलब है

मूलतः यह विशेषज्ञों पर सवाल उठाने वाली अशिष्ट अभिव्यक्ति है। किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति की मदद लें जो अंग्रेजी जानता हो या फिर आप हिंदी में भी लिख सकते हैं।
आपकी पोस्ट से केवल यही पता चला है:-
1. FD पर कोई नामांकन नहीं है
2. आपके ससुर जमाकर्ता थे
3. उन्होंने आपके पति को नामांकित नहीं बनाने का फैसला किया है।
4. अब आपके पति को पैसे चाहिए।
5. बैंक नामांकन के बदले 2 जमानतदारों की मांग कर रहा है।
6. आप जमानतदार नहीं देना चाहते
7. आप कानूनी उत्तराधिकारी प्रमाण पत्र भी नहीं देना चाहते।
आपकी पोस्ट में यह स्पष्ट नहीं किया गया है कि:-
1. आपके ससुर के अन्य वारिस हैं या नहीं,
2. यदि हाँ तो वे क्या कह रहे हैं,
3. क्या बैंक ने वैध वारिस प्रमाण पत्र मांगा है या नहीं,
4. क्या आपके ससुर की मृत्यु हो गई है,
5. क्या आपने बैंक में मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र जमा किया है।
