Claiming damages- seeking compensatition from reliance communicatio

I AM HAVING RELIANCE NETCONNECT CARD WITH ME.SINCE IT IS NOT CONNECTING, I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON 25 TH OF LAST MONTH.TILL DATE , IT IS NOT RECTIFIED.SENT MORETHAN 200 MAILS TO VARIOUS OFFICERS OF RELIANCE COM AND ALSO 100 MAILS TO SHRI.ANIL AMBANIJI, IN THIS REGARD.

ACTUALLY , I AM USING IT FOR SHARE TRADING, IN DAY TIME AND MY SON , WHO IS STUDYING PLUS 2, USING IT FOR ONLINE TUTORIAL.BUT FORTHEPAST 14 DAYS, WE R NOT ABLE TO DO OUR WORK.

DAILY I USED TO GET MAILS FROM THE COMPANY SAYING THAT, MY PROBLEM WILL BE RECTIFIED ,
WITHIN 2 DAYS.BUT NO USE.SO FAR I HAVE MADE 150 CALLS TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE.


MY BUSINESS AND MY SONS EDUV
CATION SPOILED.

NOW I WANT TO SUE THEM, FOT MENTAL AND PHYSICAL AGONY AND COMPENSATION.

PLEASE HELP ME.

Issue notice claiming compensation for not providing better servicing giving time. If the co., rejected to pay the compensation then file a complaint before the consumer court.

Instead of sending them 100s of emails and making n number of calls, send the company a legal notice and demand the service, if this fails to evoke any response, you may approach the consumer forum with a complaint for deficiency of service.

File consumer complaint for deficiency of service seeking compensation, preferably through a local lawyer.

I am having a similiar problem.
I sent legal notice but no reply.
Their customer service will hammer with you number of calls.

Although you do not use their service or facility, automatic billing and automatic reminders takes place.

If you take Reliance internet card, you will be buying trouble and place misery .
For three months I faced this problem.
Surprisingly some person claiming to be advocate also telephones you to pay some legal fee etc.
Being a reputed corporate group, they should have good complaint resolution system.
they give incentives to staff to trouble the customers.
We should be very very careful in selecting a service provider.
Just for informtion only am telling this bad story of mine.

When any one comes across such problems the Petitions and Complaints Should be Filed against the Chairman of the Groups and they should be made as a Party in the Cases.A Real Effort would bring the Real Result .

you can switch to another service provider . MTNL internet services are good and reliable

you can file complaint before consumer forum as advised by experts
