IN MY OWN RESIDENTIAL PLOT I WISH TO PERMIT THE MOBILE TOWER INSTALLATION FOR AN LEADING MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER.BUT NEIGHBOURS ARE GIVEN AN APPLICATION TO THE POLICE STATION FOR NOT TO ALLOW FOR INSTALLATION.AND TWO NEIGHBOURS ARE OBJECTING.IF I CONTINUE THE PROCESS.WHAT WILL BE THE NEXT STEP OF LAW AND POLICE DEPT.WHILE CITY CARPORATION IS GIVING THE PERMISSION KINDLY CLARIFY.

Mr.Basavaraj first U take the permission from the Corporation and if persistently the police come and disturb you, they have no business in your installing the tower unless it is prohibited by any law and the police cannot interefere unless there is any law and order situation. and after u obtain the permission from thecorporation, first see what istheobjectiontheneighbours have if there objection realy not sustainable then u can proceed with thetower and if necessary arises u even go tothecourt and get injunction against them as u got permission and the installation of the tower is legal.

Do not afraid of police. You may face an injunction suit from your neighbors but again do not afraid. Mobile Towers are said to be creating radiation hazardous but no specific example or rule is there.
