The issue of Parking is the most vexing one in any co-operative society. While the Supreme court has passed the ruling on the status.
1. How does a member ensure implementation of the same by the Managing Committee of the same.
2. Though the building plan approved by the BMC as per DCR regulation very clearly mentions the allocation. The acceptability by members who have committed breach by getting an allotment from the developer thereby denying the right of the members who are supposed to get an allotment as per the approved plan be negated by the society.If yes -What is the process
3.Is there any rule by which members of a society not having a Motor Vehicle be benefitted as the free space which they too are entitled to enjoy is being wrogngfully used for parking vehciles.
This is general query and most of the co-operative societies are facing this issue on account of Developer's exploiting the members even before society formation.
