Hello,I have separated in 2016 now I m married and my X husband is also married with my friend.Agin I want to case on him beacuse he is not given any of my streedhan..

Separated is a very vague word. Were you both got divorced from the competent court by decree of divorce, that's the most important question.
Secondly, now you both got remarried and seems well settled, what is best for you is to context the previous husband and ask him to return your Istridhan lying in his possession. You can even serve him with legal notice through a lawyer to return your Istridhan in his possession.
If he refuse to return it you have good case against him under section 406 IPC, for which you can formally lodge criminal complaint to local police and get the same registered as FIR.
I feel he will not like to indulge in unnecessary litigation for this and will return your Istridhan.

Thanx for the suggestion..me and my X husband are working in same place and his wife too and my husband working in other city...so this very tough to face them in the regular basis...they using my stuff and this is also very painful...

How did you get separation, i.e., by a decree of divorce or judicial separation or any other mode ?
How do you refer the man as your "X"?
When your X and his wife are working in your place it is easier for you to exert social and/or legal pressure on them for return of your articles.
Consult your lawyer who is able, competent ,intelligent and well versed with facts and circumstances of your case.
