In GPSC date of birth is accepted as per ssc passing certificate, if that date is different from birth certificate issued by Amc. Who is Compitant authority to validate correct date of birth as in Amc, corporation certificate
Or how that can be corrected in ssc passing certificate in Gujarat.

Contact the Board which issued the certificate, know the formality for rectification of the mistake (may use RTI), complete the formality and proceed.

First ascertain which date is correct, i.e., whether the date found in the birth certificate or SSC, after that apply to the concerned authority for making corrections in the respective document, the authority may refuse, obtain the refusal in writing and after that file a declaration suit to declare the correct date of birth and direct the concerned authorities to make corrections accordingly in the certificate issued by the said authority.
