I am a central govt employee. In a trivial dispute, court has issued me summons u/s 323 IPC on the basis of complaint case filed with the court. The court has not directed any FIR but on the basis of pre summoning evidence recorded by the court issued the said summons. Whether Under the conduct rules of central govt., I am supposed to inform in this regard to my office. If yes, please inform about the said specific conduct rule.
