She lodged a complaint to police against me and my family under 498a. A compromise arrived on that complaint that we will file mutual concent divorce petition. But I challange that compromise and imposed conjugal rights petition on my wife and after that I imposed childe custody petition. Our child is female and of 2 years old. Now they file false complaint to police against me regarding my car, my job etc. That's why I ask you can I file some more cases on my wife ?

it is in your interest to arrive at an amicable settlement with your wife . you ought to have respected the compromise arrived at and filed for divorce by mutual consent . ultimately its children that suffer .

Yes mutual settlement of marital discord is still the best option specially keeping the welfare of the child mind.

I also suggest to opt for mutual divorce.

You can also file visitation rights Application in court for seeing your child in weekends till the custody of the child is decided.

I do agree with the experts.
