Construction of function hall in the disputed land

Respected experts,

A suit is pending in the high court of Andhra pradesh on the land which is in the name of my father since 1969.
Now we are plannig to construct a function hall in that land.
Kindly let me know whether the the plaintiffs can get the injunction order asking us not to construct the function hall.

The order of injunction is very likely.

If your father is the owner and possessor of the said suit land. He can construct any building with the permission of GHMC and Andhra Pradesh High court.

Possiblituy of injecction available. It is pending in highh court then if do construct without grant permision then it is breach of law

As long asthe case is pening in the High Court your title will not be clear even though it may be in your father's name.Wait for the conclusion of the High Court proceedings.
