It is possible that in the Same matter so many consumer may file the case in consumer court. if it is then clarify me that How can decide the fee of court.

Yes it can be filed or all the consumer can file one complaint. Each complainant will have to pay the court fee on the compensation how much they have claimed.

They can file by two ways.. 1. All consumers jointly.. Or by individuallys.. But court fee always depends upon the claim amount.. Upto 1 lakh 100 rupees.

Yes. I also agree with mr.rajeev. The basic of calculation of court fee is compensation claimed in complaint.
