Is there a way I can file my suit online for financial loss, mental harassment due to deficiency of service by Religare.

Please advice on the steps to be followed or say how I can proceed.

Yes you can but first indicate how you suffered such mental harassment or mental agony at the hands of Religare.

Case should be filed by visiting the fora physically. The steps up to disposal of the complaint are s under:

1. Filing of Complaint

2. Notice to opposite party

3. Appearance of opposite party

4. Filing of written Statement by opposite party

5. Documents/evidence to be led/filed by complainant

6. Evidence to be closed by respondent.

7. Written arguments to be filed by both parties

8. Oral argument to be led by both paarties

9. Order to be pronounced by fora.

Please engage an advocate handling consumer court cases. First cause to issue a notice through such lawyer describing your agony and seeking remedy and compensation. If required file complaint before the Consumer Court as per territotial and pecuniary jurisdiction
