consumer forum not giving judgment

Hello Experts
I have filed an consumer complaint in District Forum which was admitted on August 2015. They gave next me date of November 2015 and even they gave me notice to send it to opposite party for there appearance in court or else they will give ex parte order. I send that notice to opposite party but they fail to attend the forum date. Then forum on date told me its ex parte come to next date and they will give me order/judgment in January 2016.
Then I attended January date and now they are telling come in march 2016 then they will give judgement.
The opposite party has not responded even a single time. Then why forum is delaying my case ? What to do now ? What remedy I have?

After filing the case you should wait for the orders. It is the prerogation of the forum to decide about the merit and pass orders.You cannot form inference.

Thanks sir.
But as per CPA the matter should be decided within 90days, and in my case more than 140 days been passed.

Due to pending cases complaints are being decided in 2-3 years in some districts.
