Is it worth going for legal action against Spice mobile for a Defective hand set. cost is Rs.3729/-.
What will be the cost of litigation and can it be recovered ?

First issue a legal notice to them to change the hand set.

If your handset is in warranty period then issue notice to manufacturer and dealer to replace/repair the defective handset and if notice not complied with by them then file complaint against them before district consumer redressal forum for its replacement and compensation.
