Respected Sir,
Can Company registered under Companies Act,1956, register complainant under Consumer Protection Act before consumer forum in persuance of defective vehicle?
The said vehicle has purchased by company for his personal use and not for commercial purpose. The vehicle has carrying white number plate of state of Maharashtra.

Vehicle purchased by a company and on the name of company,never comes under the purview of" personal use " but comes under the scope of commercial use. complaint filed by company before consumer forum is not maintainable.
