Dear Experts
While in our country, wife has got all the rights to harass husband using false 498A, 125, DV & 24, what can a Man do to harass his wife?
Secondly If a wife is not interested to give the divorce and wants to pursue the divorce proceedings for 15-20 years unless husband compromises with her by becoming a Ghar damad and stay at her house,,, what a Man should do?
Kindly advise since I am in this mess, my rich wife wants me to stay at her house Or she is ready to fight for 15-20 years in court...... She has no financial problems and no intention to resettle as well....

mr rahul kumar you are back again .
well explain to your wife that you dont want to stay in your in laws house . take place on rent and shift . if she loves she will follow you .
you inform her that you too dont want a divorce .
parental pressures will force her to compromise to either stay with you or divorce you .

file the divorce case. In this proceedings there will be conciliation stage. During conciliation you can say before the judge why your suffering and about the nature of your wife.

Sethi Saab, thats exactly is the problem that wife does not love, she only loves the tag of being married and not a divorcee, I even took the rental apartment but still she does not stay there for long and leaves for her parents house again and again for months leaving me alone. She wants me to stay at her parents house ONLY.
Anyways my divorce case is in evidence stage now and my question is that my wife wants to linger the case for 15-20 years to take revenge against me since I did not follow her wish to stay at her parents house and wants to harass me so that i can not resettle again.
What rights do I have to harass her like hell so as she leaves me and come for a compromise?

No one has any legal right to harass other one. Your wife cannot linger on her divorce case for more than 2-3 years what to talk of 15-29 years you stated.
The oldest civil suits of India are also not having such long pendency and generally matrimonial petitioners are decided within 2-3 years. You have crossed more than 1/2 limit wherein your petition is posted for evidence stage so better concentrate on your case and let her take divorce if she do not love you. What is the use to defend such petition wherein petitioner deserves what she sought in her petition. If you leave defending, divorce petition cannot take more than 2 months in decision.

i have answered your post.this is a repeat.posting twice a query can not resolve a national level problem just by having our opinion,some sacrifice is required from public in this regard.

I am the petitioner and filed the case under desertion and cruelty grounds..... case is in evidence stage wherein my wife is not interested to give the divorce and want to play with our lethargic legal system by delaying the case for number of years..
