contractor lisence

Contractor is having multiple contracts with one Principal Employer and in the same premises, but none of the contract is more than 20 labour, but put together it is more than 20. Is it necessary for contractor to obtain lisence. Regards.

As the contractor is engaging more than 20 workers over all he has to get a license

No. of contracts has no relevance, it is the total No. of the labour with the contractor. So, the contractor is obliged to get a license.
