dear,
i have some land in gauttam budh nagar dist, under yammuna authority, my land is under plan of yammuna authority for 2021 or 2031 master plan. i am planning to open the school at my land, i dont want to give this land to authority because authority buy the land at cheap rate and then sell at high rates...i want to open to my own school ..so please tell me what should i do ..i mean do i need to change land use from agriculture to industrial and do i need to take permission from yammuna authority to construct my school...please feedback me .thanks

as per new land acquisition act you get 4 times market price in rural areas and 2 times in urban areas .
for opening school you need govt permission . if land is agricultural it has to be converted into NA use

You have to get the land converted to NA use. For school also you have to take permission.
You can contact a local lawyer dealing in such problems to guide you in accordance to the local laws and prevailing rules.

dear,
actually the land is under government master plan 2021, but till now they don't give money to land lords, is it possible government dont give permission to build school ? if this happen then what we can do ? can we go to court and put yachika against them ...thanks

If they reject your proposal and if the grounds of rejection can be challenged, you must approach the court. You may contact a local lawyer on receiving the letter of rejection.
