Respected Sirs,
Can you please tell me :
1. how to terminate / revoke the power of attorney. (General and/or Special)
2. any declaration to be in news paper / official gazette etc.
you are also requesting to provide the draft format for termination of power of attorney, and declaration (if any) to the public with respect to same.

1- If the GPA is Regd GPA the GPA to be revoked/cancelled by another Regd Cancellation Deed
2- The same is to be published in the local News Papers
3- The GPA Holder should be informed by a Notice addressed to him statign that his GPA is terminated
4- In case of other GAP/Spl Powers a Paper Publication to be issued and the Power of attorney holders be infroemd by Notice regardign the Terminatin of GPA
