hello all learned expetrs.
in the accident case there is no insurance of passanger riksahw so while lodging the claim it should be avoided to join the insurance company or not ?

Mr.Prakash, if there is no insurance of passenger rikshaw how is it possible to join the insurance company? Mr. prakash in your case owener and driver of the passenger rikshaw is the essential parties.

When there is no insurance to the rikshaw, then which insurance co., u will made as party.
Only the owner of the rikshaw is necessary party.
