well in such cases it is easy to prove such doucments by way of secondary evidence, because the reciept will be further corroborated by the evidence in the form of bank records.

so no infirmity with the orders of the judge.

yes, u can produce the bank record, which is maintained in a bank registered, at the time of evidence as well in ur support.

You will have to lead the evidence of bank manager to prove that. Banker will produce the register which will maintained to shown that cheque was presented and it is bounced
