Hello expert.. how to take copyrights for photos.. can u please explain the procedure. Is it necessary to take special permission to take photos on roads and monuments ..

There is no need to take out or register a copyright; it is a subsisting right. There could be no subsisting copyright in a monument.

State (Government) is the owner of Roads and Monuments and other public rights. You cannot acquire IP rights.

There is no need to apply for rights. The photographer has a vested in the photograph he has taken.
