Residential sanctioned building plan lost

sir,

I reside in Greater Kailash part 1 .I had a sanctioned building plan .somehow it got misplaced .
I was about to apply a loan against property .now since I don't have plan the banks will create
problems for me

therefore I request u sir to guide me how can I get the approved sanctioned plan from mcd at the earliest

You can contact fresh local advocate for getting the sanctioned plan from mcd.

You can ask for a certified copy directly from the MCD through an application under RTI, without hiring service of a lawyer.
