How to remove family members name from agricultural land

My father have agriculture land near ahmedabad which was given to him as per mutual consent from my grandfather. Now we wanted to remove family members (my aunty and foi) name from this agricultural land. One member is in USA. What is the procedure to remove their names with their consent from 7/12 of this land. Please suggest.

Reinqushment deed should be registered.For foreign settled, relinquishment deed countersigned by the embassay may be produced with affidavit.

Get a gift deed registered by them.

. Obtain a local consulate of USA attested/endorsed POA from the USA person.
2. Based on above, HERE execute a Stamp Duty paid Registered Gift Deed from the persons (whom you propose should be left out). This would be a simple solution.
