sir is any form of authority required for appearing on behalf of company before labour court

There is no specific form, however, in a labour court you are required to file an "authority" letter of the party, which ever you are representing.

Yes. Your employer shall submit a letter to the labour court stating that you are representing on behalf of the company.

Advocates are not permitted in labour courts, unless permission is obtained from court. Same law for any other Representative.
