If an individual wants to lodge a complaint, under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, against a public servant and such individual is an illiterate, whether the ACB has a facility to write the complaint, what the complainant dictates, on behalf of such individual?

Complaint is always made individually but the investigation is to be conducted by the relevant investigating agency. ACB also helps the complainant to move the complaint in proper way similarly as all other similar agencies do.

please contact ACB they are in a better position to elaborate the procedure. As far as law is concerned an illiterate person does not loose his right to constitutional remedies.
