dear EXPERTS OUR RELTIVE WAS CONVICTED FOR6MONTHS BY HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT ,FAILURE OF SAMPLE UNDER FOOD--- ACT HE DOES GROCERY BUSINESS A RETAILER.IS THERE ANY RECOURSE IN LAW WHETHER FOR REVIEW,ORTO MOVE APPLICATION TO OUR HONURABLE PRESIDENT .IS THERE HOPE FOR HIS CONVICTION BE LAPSED.CONSIDERING HIS AGE OR DIABITIES PROBLEM.THERE IS ONE MONTH TO SURRENDER.HE WAS SOLEPROPRIETOR OF HIS SHOP.OR HE HAS TO FACE PRISON PERIOD 6MONTH NOW THAT IS NO RELIEF.

Yes you can apply before the President for commutation of the sentence on the ground of old age and sever sickness.

You can put mercy petition before His Holiness President of India on all available grounds and none is except him to intervene in the decision.

Your relative can avail parole if circumstances demand to do so.
