I HAD BEEN GIVEN CONVICTION FOR 10 YEARS AND 50 LAKHS FINE IN CBI COURT IS THAT TRUE THAT UNTIL I PAY THAT FINE AMOUNT I WOULD GET BAIL IN HIGH COURT???
