I wish you the same.
It can be obtained from the Senior Registrar/sub registrar office of the concerned taluka.

Dear Ramesh

I am not sure of the state of Andhra Pradesh. But in Tamilnadu certified copy of Power of attorney will be given only to the parties to the document. Third parties cannot get certified copy of power of attorney.

Third parties can apply only for other documents like sale deed, mortgage deed or other deeds.

Best regards.,

IN West Bengal also third party can not get copy of Power of Attorney. But I think his lawyers may have. Better enquire with the Registry office for other options.

1.Parties of the GPA can get the copy.
2.But in case of executed GPA, the present owner of the transfered property can obtain copy.
3.Even the advocate can not get

THIS IS THE CASE OF TAMILNADU. BUT HOPE MAY BE SAME ALL OVER THE NATION.
SO TRY IT
you have to apply to the sub-registrar concerned that u r the present owner of the subject property dealt in the GPA, the copy of which is needed for the purpose of tracing and proving the title of the subject property.
You have to enclose the conveyance deed in favour of ur name to prove that u r the present owner.
