As stated by you it is not a clerical mistake in the impugned judgment, you will have to file an appeal assailing the order/judgment before Appellate Court through your lawyer.

You will have to study and practice law of the land to know the procedure.

Contact, consult and seek guidance of your lawyer for all present and future questions qua judgement against which you are aggrieved.

If important for you, nothing can be guessed to help you in practice. Better, take help of some other lawyer to get the correction made in judgment by making appeal in the competent court of law.

You may pick up point i.e. approach your own lawyer that represented you as suggested by Vashistaji..

What is the opinion of your own counsel?
