Correction in middle name in all educational certificate

Hi Experts, can someone there to help me regarding the procedure to make change in my middle name .
1. My correct name is MITESHKUMAR DAYABHAI HELAIYA as per PAN card, & VOTER ID CARD, Birth Certificate but it is misprinted in all my educational documents as MITESHKUMAR DHAYALAL HELAIYA please advice.
2. whether name correction procedure is to be done after completion of my studies or i can do it in between?
3. If i am applying somewhere for job (GOvt job) than whether should i use my correct name or as per my educational documents?

Your correct name should appear in all your vital documents and identity proofs.Please apply immediately for change of name through Gazette Notification by following the prescribed procedure like affidavit,public notice etc.However, since your correct name is already appearing in Voter ID as well as in PAN/Birth Certificate ,which are Govt. recognised documents,you can certainly write it while applying for Govt. jobs.Please take all actions in consultation with a lawyer for appropriate actions.

*Arun! The querist is not going to change his name rather he wants to get the correction in the educational certificates as per his birth certificate which bears his correct name.

In the given case, you shall have to approach to the Education board with copy to the school with prayer to do the needful failing which shall have to file civil suit impleading school and board and generally such cases are decided ex-parte within a short span of time as none contests such suits and thereafter you shall be awarded with the certificates containing correct name which shall serve your purpose.

You need not get it published either in news-paper or in Gazette.

1. what procedure and documents can i follow for the change in name?
2. right now i am pursuing my MBA 3rd sem. is passed so may i wait for all the marksheets and degree certificate or may i proceed for this procedure right now itself?

The relevant documents and procedure has already been told to you and you need not to wait for the completion of your study rather start this process immediately.
