SINCE 1990 YOU'VE BEEN CULTIVATING THE LAND ACQUIRED THROUGH A COURT DECREE AND GOT A PATTA AND MUTATIONS DONE IN YUR GRAND MOTHER'S NAME AND
AFTER THAT YOUR FATHER AND CIURRENTLY YOUR NAME YOU BUILT A WATER TIGHT CASE AR0UNFD YOUR TITLE AND POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT SUIT LAND. DEFENDANT'S SONS CAN'T DISTURB YOUR RIGH,TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE SUIT LAND AND ALSO YOUR POSSESSION.
Vijay Raj Mahajan (Expert) 01 November 2017
The decree of court of year 1990 cannot be appealed now in 2017 after 27 years. The land is in physical possession of the plaintiff and its heirs and till date it was not challenged by anyone, this is sufficient ground for rejecting the challenge or appeal against the physical possession by anyone in the court.
