Court degree of property

If A B C D are four brothers have equal share in a property. (value of property- 30,00,000)
Now, They (A C & D) wants to give a court degree in favour of B.(transfers their rights in favour of B)
They ( A C & D) wants transfer this property in favour of B.
1. Is it compulsory to register the above court degree in Tehsil.
2. If Yes,than what rate of dtamp duty apply on above degree in Haryana state.

It becomes a Family Arrangement, and settled, by releasing their right in favour of their brother.

If there is compromise decree, you need not to pay any stamp duty, just B has to file an application to enter his name enclosing the certified court decree copy.

AS it is a family settlement between your brothers no stamp duty need to be paid.Whatever it is it is always better to register the same,to avoid any future complications.
