To Enforce the Arbitral Award under section 36 of Arbitration and conciliation Act 1996 I will have to submit the suit at the District court But Pls guide about the court fee for this suit.

Yes. Stamp Fee is different for different States.

No question of filing a suit. This will be by way of execution. Court Fees vary from State to State. Check local Court Fees Act. Nothing to do with the Stamp Act unless the award itself is not properly stamped under the Stamp Act.
