My family have two small house with land in himachal but before any will was put in place my father and my grandfather died the land and the house is still in my grander father name but of some reason my aunt (sister of my father ) has not talk with us for equal dist of the land and house and has taken an stay order on land. My q is how can court help me and my family to compel my aunt to take her part in this land and house.. Total time has been 3 years after my grander father and 7 years to my father .

she must have obtained stay order on basis that you should not disposes her . contact a local lawyer for vacation of stay .
try to arrive at an amicable settlement both your father and aunt had equal share in your grand father property . on your father death you inherit your father share

You did not mention nature of the suit. If this not partition suit then you can file one for partition claiming youe share asap.

stay order means there is a cuit and you may be a party. What is the case.

U have to complete litigation, and court will decide the matter. Till then STATUS QUO to maintain = stay., pending hearoing & final decision of court.
So better to settle amicably.
