Creation of bogus documents by revenue officers

By way of filling RTI petions I have gathered so much information regarding creation of Bogus documemnts and falsification of Revenue records to Grabbe the valuable government land of more than 100 crores value. The unknown land grabbers tried to grabbe the land through their agents with the help of revenue officials who falsified the revenue records and issued Bogus True copies of documents in favour of land grabbers.
I have complained to the Government about the land grabbing along with the documetary evidences and also proved the way in which the revenue authorities helped the land grabbers by way of falsifying the revenue records and also brought to the notice of the district collector by way of publishing in the news papers the irregularities taken place.
The District Collector also agreed with all the irregularities brought to his notice by me and resumed back in to government custody 28 acres of land of about 3 crores value each acre. And also taking steps to resume another 30 acres of government land which was alloted illegally.
But no criminal action was initiated against revenue officers who created bogus records and tampered the revenue accounts and also against the land grabbers who grabbed the government land.
Please suggest me what to do to file criminal charges against the corruptive reveue officers and land grabbers. I am not in a financial position to appoint a advocate to file a PIL, and already inccured thousands of rupees for gathering the evidences.

You may also notify the authority under whose jurisdiction the land falls and revenue minister and CM and request to take action.

Can you disclose where & in which State this happened and what is the present status. You have done an excellent service to the Nation and you deserve to be honoured but unfortunately in our country there is none to appreciate people who undertake such noble cause risking their own life and money !
