what will happen if during the time of pendency of a criminal case if accused die??

Case has to be closed on the death of the accused.

Mr. Dhinra is right. his case has to be closed. But if there is more then one accused then other accused persons must face the trial.

If he is the only accused, they case will be dropped. If other accused are there, the case will continue to arrive its logical conclusion.
