When the person applied for anticipotry bail but the bail was rejected then what is the chance of getting bail after submitted the chargesheet in police station. Please give me the answer its urgent to know the answer. Thanku

If your AB is rejected you can apply for the higher court. Bail availability can be said only after going thru., the IPC sections of the offences.

It is non bailable offence, it depends on the judge, if he is liberal in giving bail you can get the bail.

If anticipatory bail has been rejected by Sessions Judge then try it from High court or surrender before the lower court or before the police and obtain regular bail.
