dear sir whether father has any criminal case on him under any acts in india, whether his son has to face that case after his death that case.

but in case his father is alive if son has no criminal case on him and criminal case is only on father then whether son has to face punishment for the acts which have done by father and for which criminal case is on father only.

Already You got answer sir. Even you not clear. Its ok. Criminal cases will end with the subject person who has involved with such offence. the legal heirs of the accused can't be involved. But in civil cases if a party died mean automatically legal heirs should be implead with this proceedings.

Criminal cases on a particular person only. If the person dies, the case will also die.

No No No. Either alive or expired, only he is responsible for criminal case and moreover on his expiry all criminal cases shall get ended.

Criminal case against an accused person is closed on the death of that person. A son will not have to face the case against his father after the death of the accused.
