1.Husband and wife is staying in Borivali previously on rental basis. Husband has a house at virar where his old mother is there. 2.Wife is forcing him to take a flat in borivali else she will take divorce? what is remedy to husband in this situation? Ownership Flat has more area (380 SQFT) than required (100 SQFT) for business.
3.Wife has a owned flat at Borivali where she is doing business. Also she is telling that Business is not doing well. Can husband tell in this situation to take 2 flat in wife's name only by selling Borivali flat in Virar and do Business in Virar is this a ok in eyes of law?
4.In the same case, husband does not has his own flat. But wife has her own flat in residential apt . from where she is carrying a business. husband also paid for her car from commuting from borivali and virar . 1. No.
2. Husband should not bow to the illegal demand of his wife.
3. This is not a legal query rather this issue should be settled both by mutual understanding but I shall not recommend to buy subsequent flat in the name of wife. Even if you have to purchase another the same should be either in the name of your wife or you.
4. Cruelty something is otherwise. The issue you raised cannot be termed at a cruelty.
