Accused charges under 307 of IPC,Accused was in hospital for treatment of head injury which is created during incident,police send accused to other city hospital for further treatment with 8 policemen.During treatment accused was abscond.police superintend suspended 8 policeman.In his suspend order S.P said accused was in custody.CAN COURT HEAR ANTICIPATORY BAIL?IF YES,WHY?, IF NO,WHY? in this case court had not receive suspend order.

There is no possibility of anticipatory bail for such accused person who absconded from the custody of police from hospital during his treatment leading suspension of 8 policemen.
