What does it mean by cyber logic bomb, is it hacking?

A logic bomb is a piece of code intentionally inserted into a software system that will setoff a malicious function when specified conditions are met.It is a type of hacking that comes under sec.66 IT Act.

Hacking includes:Code hacking,Cracking,Cyber punk,Web jacking,Virus building.Virus Builders can spread viresus,worms,Trojan horse,Logic bomb,Blended threats etc.
