daily wage worker antitle for PF or gratuity

our compani is a marine studies institute, base at lonaval. there the company has appointed 70 person as a daily wages worker. can these worker would be entitle for insurance or provident fund or gratuity.
please suggest

Neither Employees Provident Fund and Misc. Provision Act nor Payment of Gratuity Act make any distinction as to categories of employees. Hence in case, daily rated employee fulfill other requirement of Act, he is entitled for the benefits of PF as well as gratuity.

but our company does not give any provident fund to any of its employee whther permanent or temporary. whether payment of PF is compulsory to all its employee or it depends on the dicretion of the company

You can complaint to the provident fund department. It is their duty to get it enforced. In case, the do nothing, you/employees can file writ against the provident fund authorities and establishment for direction. It is statutory obligation, an employer can not escape from its liability. It
