It is your father's self-acquired property, so he can do as he wishes, and no one has any right over it.

The property is lispendence, so your father might have not transferred it to anyone.
As he won the case, he can transfer it to anyone, as he wishes.
After his life time, you and your brother may get 50% each.
There is no difference between son and daughter

Since it is your father's property and also as the case filed before the court has been decided in his favor, he can very well transfer his property to anyone of his choice provided there is no restriction order restraining him from alienating or selling the property, passed by the appellate court in this regard.
